Shipping Container Home

Enjoy our unique shipping container home when we are not living in it (90 day min). The home will be perfectly set up for you to make it your home - just need to bring your suitcase! Fantastic location in central Fernwood which is a unique neighbourhood in Victoria walking distance to everything you need - coffee, pub, groceries etc. Outdoor seating areas and parking included. King bed in the main bedroom with a clawfoot tub and the other bedroom has a queen bed and desk/workspace area.

The main house, driveway and outdoor areas are yours to use - our son may be staying in the basement while you are there, but will come and go through his own entrance having minimal impact on your space and experience.

We will meet face to face to walk through the specifics of the home and be available as needed.

Fernwood is a fantastic neighbourhood close to downtown Victoria while also walking distance to Royal Jubilee Hospital and a quick 20 min bike, bus or drive to UVIC. Our house is in a great location that it feels private but right out your driveway you will find places to eat (pub, coffee, pizza, Mexican etc), small grocery/convenience stores and a great theatre (Belfry).

Parking on-site (driveway) but the neighbourhood is very friendly for walking, cycling or public transit. No parties, no pets, no smoking in the house please.

DUE TO ZONING REGULATIONS THIS IS A 90+ DAY RENTAL ONLY (and a rental agreement (and damage deposit) will be put in place to cover core terms.
